The Barbados Carifta swim team 2012
20 swimmers will be representing Barbados at the annual Carifta Swimming Championships which will be held this year in Nassau, the Bahamas. The swim team is made up of local and regional division champions, National Youth Awardees, National division and open record achievers, National best achievers, National outstanding overall achievers and features 12 female and 8 male swimmers. The team will be managed by Mrs Fabian Rose and Chaperone is Mrs Josette Holder. The Coaches are Eric Urdaneta and Nelson Garcia.

Represented Barbados in Puerto Rico at the CCCAN Swimming Championships. Concluded the year by setting a national record in the 200 M butterfly at the Cave Shepherd & Co Ltd Short Course National Championship in December 2011.
GOALS FOR CARIFTA 2012: To be a finalist in all of my events and to medal in at least 4 events.
GOALS FOR SWIMMING: My short term goal is to be the best male junior swimmer in Barbados and the Caribbean.
