Entertainment

  2. Get the payment form for all events except the Welcome party. Please note bookings and payments are requested as soon as possible and certainly no later than 15th August 2003.
  3. The closing ceremony and awards dinner will cost US $40 per person, we encourage you to pay early and be there.

  3. For clarification, the 1500M postal swim must be done no earlier than 6 weeks prior to the deadline for the final entry. So this event must be swum between the 6th June to the 18th July.
  4. The entry deadline has been extended by one week to 25th July 2003.

  7. Participants or their club representatives can register and collect their meet identification and packages on Sunday 31st August from 2pm to 6pm and Monday 1st September from 6.30am to 8.00am. All fees must be paid up before registration.
  8. All entertainment packages, including the closing ceremony, must be booked and paid for no later than 12 noon, Monday 1st September.
